I have an idea and I'm looking for a Co-Founder
|
|
|
| Description | | | | I was born in Chicago, IL, and now live in Jerusalem, Israel with my two children.
I’ve been an entrepreneur most of my life, and I bring a deep understanding of sales psychology, human behavior, and market dynamics. I communicate clearly, work exceptionally well in fast-moving environments, and thrive when building something from zero.
I’m a team player who can also operate independently, with a strong mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail. I’m always up for a challenge, and I’m energized by turning ideas into reality.
One of my greatest strengths is my ability to connect with people in a way that reveals what they truly need. My advantage has always been balancing what’s right for the user with what’s right for the business — a skill shaped by 30 years in sales, 20 of those focused on tech, SaaS, and digital-first companies.
My experience and passion shine strongest when I’m working on web-centric products, consumer experiences, and digital ecosystems. I’m a seasoned relationship-driven professional who knows how to build trust, drive adoption, and open doors across industries and across the world.
As a confident, friendly, and bilingual communicator, I’ve presented to large groups of corporate professionals, supported funding efforts worth millions, and built a career grounded in long-term relationships — all while raising a family and maintaining a strong personal commitment to fitness and well-being.
Today, I’m channeling all of this into building Cloutsource: a video-first, influencer-driven discovery platform for local places and experiences. Where social influence meets real in-market intent. |

| What am I looking for | | | | I’m the co-founder of iCerberus Labs, and we’re building iAllow, a real-time authority and execution-control layer for AI agents, machines, applications, and humans.
Today, an AI agent can have the correct identity and permissions but still take an action the business never actually intended to authorize. iAllow addresses this gap at the “Zero Moment of Execution.” Before a sensitive action is completed, iAllow evaluates whether the actor has authority for that specific action, under those specific conditions. It can allow, block, or escalate the action for human or collective approval, while creating verifiable evidence of what was requested, authorized, and executed.
We are currently pre-MVP. The company is incorporated, the product vision and initial architecture are defined, patent work is underway, and we have experienced cybersecurity advisors and early conversations with potential customers and design partners.
My ideal co-founder is a hands-on CTO who wants to build, not just manage. I’m looking for someone with strong experience in cybersecurity, identity and authorization, agentic AI infrastructure, distributed systems, or developer platforms. They should be able to turn the architecture into a secure MVP, make pragmatic technical decisions, and help define the long-term platform.
Equally important are integrity, intellectual honesty, reliability, humility, and open communication. I want a true partner who challenges ideas constructively, moves quickly without sacrificing security, and is excited about building a new category from the ground up. This is initially an equity-first opportunity until funding. |
